At Morena Roots, we’re committed to getting your hair and body care products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping details below:


Processing Time

 

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Pre-Order Policy

 

Some Morena Roots products, including Shea Butter and African Black Soap, may be available on a pre-order basis.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Pre-order items are not currently in stock and will ship at a later date.
  • Estimated shipping dates are provided for reference only and may change due to sourcing, production, or shipping delays.
  • Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
  • You will receive email updates regarding your pre-order status and a shipping confirmation once your order has shipped.
  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise stated.

All pre-order sales are final, unless otherwise specified.


Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available at checkout)

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

 

Shipping Costs


  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international locations. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on destination.
  • Customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Morena Roots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at Orders@morenaroots.co with photos of the damaged items, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
