Before First Use:

For hygiene purposes, we recommend disinfecting your African Net Sponge before using it for the first time.

1. Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil.
2. Carefully place the net sponge into the hot water.
3. Allow it to soak for 2–5 minutes.
4. Remove, let it cool, rinse with clean water, and hang to air dry.

This step helps eliminate any germs from handling and ensures a clean, fresh start for your skincare routine.

How to use:

1. Wet the net sponge thoroughly in the shower.
2. Apply your favorite soap or body wash directly onto the sponge.
3. Gently massage your skin in circular motions.
4. Focus on areas prone to dryness or ingrown hairs (legs, arms, back).
5. Rinse thoroughly after use and hang to dry.

Use 2–4 times per week for exfoliation.

For sensitive skin, use lighter pressures.

Care:

• Hand wash with mild soap weekly
• Replace every 3–6 months depending on use
